Heritage Centre Now Open

We're open!

Visitors are now required to book in advance to guarantee entry. For your safety and the safety of our staff, timed visiting slots are in place and only a limited number of visitors are allowed in the Heritage Centre.

Opening hours

We are open Monday to Friday, 10am-3pm

(Except bank holidays)

Plan your visit

Morning: 10-11am

Noon: 11.15am-12.15pm

Afternoon: 1.30-3pm

*Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

*Visitors must produce a confirmation email upon arrival at the College.

Due to the safety measures and restrictions in place, all visitors are required to book a timed visiting slot in advance. Without a valid ticket, we will have to respectfully decline your visit and entry as we can only allow a limited number of visitors in the Heritage Centre. We are unable to make any exceptions and seek your kind understanding in this matter.

If you would like to support the ministry work that we do at the College, please give as you are moved to do so.

Health and Safety

Your safety is important to us. We ask that all visitors respectfully follow these health and safety measures in place:

  • Front of house staff and volunteers have received all necessary health and safety briefings in relation to COVID-19.

  • Visitors should book a visiting slot to the college with no more than 4 other people in the group.

  • Visitors are required to download the NHS test and trace app before visiting the estate. Upon arrival, visitors need to scan a safe-entry QR-code with the app.

  • Our restrooms will be opened for visitors throughout the duration of their visit.

  • High touched areas will be regularly sanitised throughout the day and in between visits.

  • Visitors are required to wear face coverings when indoors, on college grounds, even if visitors have been vaccinated. We reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors who are not wearing a face covering without due cause, e.g. health and wellbeing reasons.

  • Visitors are reminded to keep a 2m social distance from those who do not belong to the same/exclusive extended household(s).

  • We have place hand sanitisers at appropriate areas to encourage all visitors to wash or sanitise their hands whenever needed or possible.

  • If you are showing any symptoms of Coronavirus or have been in contact with anyone that has had the virus in the last 14 days, we respectfully request you rearrange your visit to the college when you are recovered or have tested negative of COVID-19.
